Flavor: Making It and Faking It is the debut exhibition of MOFAD Lab, the first physical brick-and-mortar space of the Museum of Food and Drink, which is NYC’s first museum focused on art and exhibits you can eat. The museum hopes to spark conversation about the way we eat and what we eat, and will incorporate history, science, and culture into their programming. Flavor is a tasting and smelling adventure that provokes the senses, explores a critically important part of the food industry, and raises questions about what “natural” and “artificial” really mean.
