From Farm To Beach!

Chalk Point Kitchen brought SoHo Farm to Table vibes to the beach this week at Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk, New York.


Ruschmeyer’s with the namesake of the hotel it inhabits, is a warm cabin inspired American restaurant. Keeping with their laidback charm, the restaurant features a Summer special “Tuesday Burger Night” which kicked off June 28th.  Every Tuesday the culinary team at the restaurant collaborates with Chefs from the Greater New York City Area.


Chalk Point Kitchen was selected as one of “NYC’s best Burgers” by @skinnypignyc & Virginia’s restaurant in NYC. We brought our amazing House-Made Vegan Burger to Ruschmeyer’s this past Tuesday to prove that a meatless burgers can still be tasty. This is truly #NotYoAverageBurger and we will tell you why!

Executive Chef Rebecca Weitzman created this burger with quinoa & lentils that have been cooked with onion, garlic, ginger, scallions and roasted mushrooms, topped with our unique pickled red onions & house-made dijon aioli served on a Gluten Free bun.


We definitely gave Montauk a taste of our Locally Sourced, Organic style. While this burger was only available at Ruschmeyer’s this past Tuesday, It’s available at Chalk Point Kitchen daily.
